TikTok Deletes 18M Pakistan Videos in 3 Months

TikTok has released its new report about following the rules online. They want to make sure everyone stays safe. This report covers what happened in the last part of 2023. It shows that TikTok cares about being clear, keeping everyone safe, and including everyone. They want people to trust them and feel safe using TikTok all around the world.

Between October and December 2023, TikTok took action to remove 176 million videos globally, which was about 1.0% of all videos posted. Most of these, around 128 million, were found and removed using automated tools. Additionally, 8 million videos were restored after a closer look.

In Pakistan, TikTok dealt with 18 million videos that broke its rules in the last part of the year, showing its commitment to handling violations seriously. Also, TikTok worked hard to stop spam accounts and their content, using strong methods to prevent more spam accounts from appearing.
