Despite the fact that 2022 is quickly coming to an end, Vivo has debuted its Y52 5G (2022). Since Vivo is marketing the same phone for different years, this one is available in only Taiwan for now, but should be available around the world soon.
The phone supports a large 6.58-inch IPS LCD 1080p resolution. The display covers 96% of the NTSC gamut and has a fingerprint sensor in the side of the device that sits atop the power button. There is a waterdrop notch for the front-facing camera and an expansive bottom bezel.
The Y52 5G (2022) features MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 SoC, which generally plays out to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 series when it comes to performance. The phone has a single memory variant with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Storage can be expanded using a microSD card.
Vivo's flagship, the Vivo Y52 has launched with 48 MP and 5000 mah battery, but at $250.
The Vivo Y52 5G is a budget-friendly phone-camera hybrid
The main camera is an impressive 1/2.0" (h) x 48MP sensor with a 1.8" tilt-angle aperture ability and 1080p video recording at 30 FPS capability. The secondary sensors include a 2MP depth unit and a 2MP macro lens for closeup shots.
The selfie camera used in the water drop notch shoots 8MP photos and has 1080p video support.
The Vivo Y52 5G phone is the perfect phone for someone who works out and needs a replacement
Vivo Y52 5G will be available in Dark Night and Glacier Blue for $250 to start.
