This phone is brand new also 100% battery health as you can see in the pictures but the main thing is recently I update the version of iso software 16.5 that cause system error and suddenly my fornt and back camera has been turned off automatically I have talked to apples help center they suggest me to wait till 2 months the next update version will solve your problem.
